This is Traxxas Brass Caster Blocks  (4 grams each) (Feft & Right)

Left and right brass C-hubs add valuable weight (4 grams) to the lowest part of your TRX-4m for improved anti-rollover stability and superior rock-climbing capability. The C-hubs are carefully machined to preserve TRX-4M’s trail-tuned steering and suspension geometry.
