This is Tamiya PS-15 Metal Red Color RC Body Spray Lacquer Paint for Polycarbonate RC Car, Truck, and Buggy Bodies.

Specially developed for decorating transparent polycarbonate bodies used in R/C car modeling.
This paint is impervious to oil and fuels, so they can be safely used on gas-powered R/C bodies.
