A perfect companion for any DCC operation and layout. Self-contained unit allows you to program and test any decoder before its installed in your loco. Can be used to test track power as well as accessory decoders and functions OF, OR, F1 and F2. Built-in indicator lights show Motor Forward or Reverse; add an optional motor (sold separately) for under-load testing.
