This is the Hot Racing Rear Multi-Rate Springs for Slash 2WD, Stampede 2WD, and Rustler trucks.These work on the XL-5 brushed and VXL brushless versions of these vehicles.

Dual-rate (drs) allow the optimum spring rate for each application. These multi-rate springs are soft at the beginning to soak up the small bumps, but transitions to the stiff part of the rate to resist bottoming on jumps and other big hits.
