This is the Traxxas Servo Y-Connector for use with Dual-Servo Steering Setups when there is only one steering channel on the receiver.
The Y-adapter allows you to connect two servos to a single receiver port for trucks with dual-servo steering.

Futaba J connectors (one male to go into the RX and two female to go to the servos)
